On our recent trip to Ditzum, we also got to visit the former Army base where I had lived when growing up. It was pretty cool to see that it's now being used to house refugees from Syria, some of whom we had a chance to speak with and hear their stories.

After our visit to Mainz, it was back on road. Our new Dutch friends here in Switzerland graciously offered to let us stay in their beautiful home in Tubbergen. Thanks John & Inge!
