We had a treat last week as friends Kristina has known since she was a Pioneer Girl came to visit. Dorle & Stan Obitts, their kids & grandkids spent a very special few days with us in Kailua & it felt like having family visit.
When Kristina and I first met, she was renting a room from the Obitts in Santa Barbara. At the time, Stan was a professor at Westmont. John, Monika, Juliana, Lydia, Hans, and even Dorle made it on the paddleboard in Lanikai (not at the same time though!) Hans & Annika took well to our guests and we had a wonderful time together.
Fabulous! I think you said they were coming sometime, but WOW! What a great reunion for everyone!
